A safe space to reconnect with your natural balance.

About me

Who I Am

My name is Camille.
I am a professional Kinesiologist, graduated from the Institut Belge de Kinésiologie and a professional Bach Flower practitioner, currently finalising my accreditation with the Bach Centre.

Originally from Belgium, I have been living in London for the past 15 years. I am also a mother of three children, an experience that has deeply shaped my understanding of life’s rhythms, challenges, and transitions - and, like every parent, I am still learning as I go!

I work fluently in both French and English, and my work is rooted in a deep respect for our natural ability to restore balance when gently supported.

Over the years, I have also trained in a variety of complementary approaches and body-based techniques. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I work today and gradually led me to develop my own gentle and intuitive way of accompanying people.

I am drawn to approaches that consider the person as a whole - body, mind, and emotions - believing that true wellbeing comes from harmony between all three.

Some people come because they are experiencing physical tension, fatigue, or a sense of emotional overwhelm. Others simply feel a quiet desire for change.

But often, the starting point is simply the sense that something could feel lighter, calmer, or more aligned.

What Are Bach Flowers?

Bach Flowers are a simple and natural system developed by Dr Edward Bach to support emotional wellbeing.

The system is made up of 38 flower remedies, each corresponding to a particular emotional state - such as fear, uncertainty, lack of confidence, overwhelm, impatience, discouragement or difficulty adapting to change.

Rather than focusing on a symptom or a diagnosis, Bach Flowers look at how you are feeling and how you are experiencing what is happening in your life.

During a session, we gently explore the emotions that feel most present for you and select the remedies that best reflect your individual needs at that moment.

What I particularly love about the Bach system is its simplicity. It encourages greater awareness of our emotions and was created by Dr Bach as a system that people can gradually learn to understand and use for themselves.

What Is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that helps identify and release imbalances that may affect physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing.

Using muscle testing, the body is able to indicate areas of stress or blockage, allowing us to work at the root of what may be holding you back.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Kinesiology looks at the person as a whole and supports the body in finding its own path back towards balance.

My Approach

At the heart of my work lies the importance of emotional balance.

Our emotions shape how we experience life, how we react to challenges, and how our body responds to stress. Yet we do not always take the time to acknowledge them, understand them, or even talk about them.

Bach Flowers have become an increasingly important part of my practice because they offer a particularly gentle and accessible way of working with our emotions.

There is no pressure to analyse everything or to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply recognising what is present and giving it some attention can already create a sense of space and movement.

Depending on what brings you to me, sessions may focus on Bach Flowers, Kinesiology, or the approach that feels most appropriate for your individual needs.

Above all, my sessions offer a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, understand what you are feeling, and gently restore balance - at your own pace.

Who Sessions Are For

My work is particularly focused on supporting women and teenagers.

As women, we often move through many different roles, responsibilities and transitions, and it can be very easy to put our own emotional wellbeing to one side.

Sometimes we keep going without really stopping to ask ourselves how we are feeling. We may feel overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, emotionally tired or simply a little disconnected from ourselves.

Teenage years can also be a particularly sensitive period.

There are so many changes happening at once - physically, emotionally, socially and academically - while at the same time trying to understand who you are and where you fit in.

For many teenagers, emotions can feel intense or confusing, and it is not always easy to talk about them. Sometimes they may not even know how to explain what they are feeling.

This is one of the reasons I particularly value Bach Flowers for teenagers. They offer a subtle and gentle way of acknowledging emotions without forcing a conversation or making things feel too heavy.

They can create an opportunity to pause, notice what is going on inside, and begin to take care of emotional wellbeing in a very simple and supportive way.

I also welcome children, adults and pregnant women, and every session is adapted to the individual person and what they are experiencing at that moment.

You may be going through a period of change, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain or emotionally stuck. Or there may be nothing particularly “wrong” - simply a feeling that you would like to feel more like yourself again.

The starting point does not need to be clearly defined. Sometimes it is simply the sense that something could feel lighter, calmer, or more aligned.
