A safe space to reconnect with your natural balance.
About me
Who I Am
My name is Camille.
I am a professional kinesiologist, graduated from the Institut Belge de Kinésiologie.
Originally from Belgium, I have been living in London for the past 15 years. I am also a mother of three children, an experience that has deeply shaped my understanding of life’s rhythms, challenges, and transitions.
I work fluently in both French and English, and my work is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and its remarkable ability to restore balance when gently supported.
Over the years, I have also trained in a variety of complementary approaches and body-based techniques. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I work today and gradually led me to develop my own gentle and intuitive way of accompanying people.
I am drawn to approaches that consider the person as a whole - body, mind, and emotions - believing that true wellbeing comes from harmony between all three.
Some people come because they are experiencing physical tension, fatigue, or a sense of emotional overwhelm. Others simply feel a quiet desire for change.
But often, the starting point is simply the sense that something could feel lighter, calmer, or more aligned.
What Is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that helps identify and release imbalances that may affect physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing.
Using muscle testing, the body is able to indicate areas of stress or blockage, allowing us to work at the root of what may be holding you back.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, kinesiology seeks to understand why an imbalance is present and to support the body in finding its own path back to equilibrium.
My Approach
At the heart of my work lies the importance of emotional balance. Our emotions shape how we experience life, how we react to challenges, and how our body responds to stress. When emotions are left unaddressed, they can quietly influence our energy, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
My sessions offer a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, release emotional tension, and gently restore balance - at your own pace.
Who Sessions Are For
Kinesiology can support people at many different stages of life. I welcome children, teenagers, adults, and pregnant women.
While sessions are open to everyone, my work is currently especially focused on supporting women.
Many women seek a space where they can pause, reconnect with themselves, and restore balance while navigating the many demands and transitions of life.
Whether you are coming with a specific concern or simply a feeling that something could shift, sessions are always adapted to your individual needs and pace.
As always, the starting point does not need to be clearly defined - sometimes it is simply the sense that something could feel lighter, calmer, or more aligned.

Ongoing Training
Alongside my work as a kinesiologist, I am currently training to become a professional Bach Flower practitioner. Bach Flowers beautifully complement kinesiology by supporting emotional harmony in a natural and subtle way, helping individuals navigate life’s transitions with greater calm and clarity.
Kinesiology sessions are complementary wellbeing practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat,
or replace medical advice or treatment.
If you have concerns about your health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
