CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kinesiology and Wellbeing Sessions
1. Nature of the Therapy
Kinesiology and related wellbeing sessions are complementary therapies intended to support relaxation, balance and general wellbeing.
These sessions do not replace medical care. No medical diagnosis, treatment or cure is provided. Clients are encouraged to consult their GP or appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.
Results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, including injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications or treatments.
The practitioner cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed or inaccurate information.
Clients remain responsible for their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing as well as their personal belongings during and after sessions.
3. Consent to Therapeutic Touch
Kinesiology sessions may involve gentle physical contact, including muscle testing and light touch on different areas of the body.
By booking and attending a session, you give informed consent to this therapeutic touch. You may request that the practitioner stops or modifies any technique at any time.
4. Confidentiality
All client information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
5. Booking and Payment
Appointments are confirmed once a deposit of £25 or full payment has been received.
By making payment and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Notice.
6. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
7. Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shorter session without reduction in price.
8. Right to Refuse or End a Session
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is considered inappropriate or not in the best interest of the client.
9. Clients Under 18
Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian and may need to be accompanied during the session.
10. Liability
Sessions are conducted with professional care and in accordance with practitioner training and professional insurance.
By attending a session, you acknowledge that complementary therapies involve individual responses and that results cannot be guaranteed.
The practitioner shall not be held liable for injury, loss or damages arising from participation in sessions except where required by UK law.
11. Insurance
The practitioner holds professional liability and malpractice insurance appropriate for the services provided.
12. Contact and Communication
